Sir exactly I have also applied since May 18 and it's been a whole month I have no clue where my application is, no tracking at all.

I got an email that my documents are sent to the immigration office (don't know in the Belgium embassy in Pakistan or in Belgium)??

So sir, have you received any other email or call during the process? Or you just received a call for you passport at once?

Hey, I also applied for Family Reunification from Pakistan in May 2023. My husband is a Belgian.
I have tried to track the application a couple of times but it yields no result on both the VFS and Ibz website.
Can anyone share how long their family reunion visa took? Or how long it generally takes?

Im also applied from Pakistan and apply for family visa D..
On 6 March 2023 submit visa application on Gerry office Lahore and after one day I got email your file is sent to Fps office Brussels for decision.. And after 40-45 days my file track able on ibz website...
On ibz website we need to put 3 input fiels..

1 is your embassy conslate ::: ( Islamabad) for all Pakistan applicant
2) is need to put your file number which is five digit number like (12345) etc..
3) to put vfs tracking (its optional don't need to put necessary) ..


First 2 entries if you put correct then your file data show on ibz website..
My visa status is Approved (ACCORD in French language) Alhamdullilah馃尭...

Can you please tell the exact time for your Visa process?? How many months exactly?

Plus any idea that these documents were sent to Belgium or just to the Belgian embassy in Pakistan?

@Spencer Gee Gold I haven't got a decision yet. Neither I can track on the ibz website

@hibbasaleem18 our document sent to Belgium main office Brussels and they analysis our file if it's ok then they make decisions.. Normally after our file track able show on ibz website they make our decision +- 3 month...

@KusumaReddy hello Kusuma, did you apply together for single permit holder and dependents? Also did you receive email that your application is sent to belgium only for dependent, while they gave the visa to single permit holder.
