MEA Apostille !

Hi again!
This pertains to only Indians!

Question : My birth certificate is from Assam and i stay in Delhi.Just reissued a new one and progressing towards MEA apostille, I came through agents saying 2 ways to get it done.
First I personally need to go to Assam and first get it attested from the Assam home department and then MEA attestation.
Second : get it directly attested by sdm in Delhi and then MEA.

Now i am sure many of you must have done this. Can anybody guide if second option which seems pretty convenient acceptable by the Belgium Embassy? ? Anybody had a bad experience with the option? Please guide me.Thanks people.

If you get the final apostille stamp (done by MEA) on your birth certificate, it does not matter how the first step.was carried out.
There is only one type of apostille. That's all that matters.
