Hello friends . I applied for single Permit in July. Approval came on August 18th. Additional 46 + 1 documents were sent to the company official and the consulate. I have been waiting for 2-3 months to receive documents by mail. Finally, I mailed ibz, they returned to me. They said obtain the documents sent to the company official and apply for a visa. I made the application 1 week ago. The consulate said I have missing documents. They said 3 documents are required for single Permit. but two documents were sent to the company official. One of the incoming documents is Annex 46 and the other is the address of the company, etc. a document with information. it showed that I would work in that company. I wonder which is the third document mentioned now. where can i ask how can I get it. The time since the first application has been almost 3 months and 20 days. Is anyone knowledgeable about these stages?

Hello

Only the embassy can tell you which document is missing...

But basically you've to provide:
* copy of passport
* enough money / work contract / TVA/VAT number of the employer
* payment of the fee for the visa
* criminal record
* medical certificate
* health insurance

+ annexe 46 or 47 (single permit)

I think they are talking about company invitation letter. Your sponsor company needs to provide a letter of invitation and that should include your single permit number.
