I am a freelance web designer and moved to Split in March with my Croatian fiance. I have been granted a 5 year residence permit valid until 2028. As I moved from Ireland I am no longer eligible for Irish EHIC card. Any advice on how to go about getting health cover聽 EHIC etc.. in Croatia would be very much appreciated.聽 Thank You

Sorry for the late reply but I don't come on this site so often these days. Best bet would start by contacting the Irish health service. When I moved (from Hungary) I had to get the Hungarian health service to supply a form E104 to their Croatian equivalent, stating that I am no longer subscribed to the Hungarian state health service.聽 Look up the address of your local HZZO office, go there and fill in forms.
