We're retiring soon fr Stockholm, Sweden and renting short term in Beziers while looking for long term unfurnished apartment to rent after 3 months in beginning of November 2025. .

Open to suggestions about renting in Beziers or surrounding villages.

We changed our plans a bit and we're now locked in with a rental in Beziers for our first 3 months in France, arriving Oct. 1. We'll spend those 3 months in base Beziers getting all registered for living in France permanently and our search for a long term rental, between 1 - 3 years in and around Beziers is the plan as previously stated. We are open to suggestions and tips. Yes, we have been looking already at the various rental sites and would appreciate any tips regarding private landlords willing to rent to retirees from Sweden.
