Try the local MJC - Maison du Jeune et Culture.

I teach English for free in exchange for French lessons.

My friend teaches Germany and聽 meditation.

Most of the adult groups are run by volunteers, well worth contacting.

A great opportunity to get to know your village.

You can volunteer in hospitals to play with children or visit sick people. Often you can see on the hospital websites the associations they work with , ex main dans la main for necker
