best to bring your own spices-curry, garam & tandoori masala, haldi etc. they have jira but not like what we use...theirs is more soft and sweet. there's plenty of dhal, bhaat, chana etc. bring your own chapati and gram flour (unless you want to make your own gram flour). i always buy mine in london and take it there. london-netherlands-Lt. i guess you can buy ingredients there, in the bigger supermarkets but in much smaller quantities-bigger prices. i have a cupboard at my mother inlaws-full of spices-so aromatic! Lt taste buds have yet to meet ours.
