Hello good day everyone I am planning to visit Montenegro in the next few months maybe in February or March
My nationality requires a visa to visit Montenegro as well as an invitation letter聽
Serbian Embassy in Kuwait is the one who issue visa to Montenegro because Montenegrin Embassy doesn鈥檛 exist here , and Serbian Embassy request an invitation letter signed by court or municipality and they need the hardcopy so I can attach it with the other documents then they can issue a visa for me and I mean tourist visa
my question is does anyone have any idea if there is someone physical person or a legal entity聽 who can provide to meet invitation letter for visa purpose
