Hi,

Declaracao de posse de rendimentos proprios

available on  Aima website under impresos and minutas.

Just wondering, for renewal if you use this form to prove meio de substitencia, do it need to be certified or something?

if yes, how fo we go about it? Do we just make an appointent with notary and sign in front of him/her?

thank you

The signature on this form only needs to be duly recognised by a Notary, Lawyer or Solicitor if it is not signed in the presence of an AIMA representative.

Here is an example of another situation in which the applicant takes responsibility for another person, in which this is mentioned (*):

(*) Nota: a assinatura no Termo de Responsabilidade (Modelo 4) só necessitará de ser devidamente reconhecida por Notário, Advogado ou Solicitador, caso não seja assinado perante e na presença de representante da AIMA.

Thank you so much for your reply. The other part that is confusing is that when you open the form, it has minuta as its background. just so if one is going for his renewal and we do not want to risk it, and decides to have the signature witnessed by notary etc, can we still the use the same form?or is this just a sample? and it is expected that the notary will prepare a new one?

Are there any online services where one can find a notary etc to have this done if at all if its possible and if so what charges would entail?

thank you for your precious time.

This is a sample, because the background is written. If you look in the link below there are different tabs for minutes and documents. A document has the AIMA symbol on it, a minute is just a draft:

What you have to do is to copy the content of this draft into word, fill it in and then sign it in the presence of an AIMA representative. If you go to an entity to have your signature recognised, they can't use this draft. They have to make a new document.

I think that at your interview, if you go there in person, they print out this draft (without background), and then you fill it in and sign it at the moment.

If you want to have your signature recognised, here are the prices.
