termination of rental agreement in Romania

Hello,

For 2 year i have been renting an apartment in Brasov.

I have an official rental agreement and have a good relationship with my landlord.

I was wondering if in Romania it is necessary to sign an End of lease agreement. Should i ask for one?

By contract i have to inform my landlord by written notification that I'm going to move out.

As he has no email, i have send him a SMS with the date i move out. I hope this is legally adequate.

No end of lease agreement is needed.聽 I find it hard to believe a landlord doesn't have email though.
