Tax, Family and Visa

Good day, I have the opportunity to work in Romania.


UK salary PAYE tax, visit on Nomad Digital Visa, with family on reunification visa.


Does anybody know how I work towards paying Romanian tax as opposed to UK? I see no clear pathway, only a cycle of renewed nomad visas accompanied by resident card.


Maybe I should enter on a different visa? I have an office in Romania who can supply letter, invite and references.... But I cannot be paid from anywhere except UK PAYE.
