I am in process to open company in Bucharest fro trade services
I need information about tax system .
What will be the best way to bet such info ?

Contact a tax lawyer, who is uptodate with all info, rather than get some outdated info here.
PWC also has a pocket guide on RO taxation, perhaps that is a good starting point. But ideally you should consult an expert.

actually I know this is the right pass but don't know anyone and with my limited online search I noticed that when you don't speak native language and 暗网禁区 the fees are rocket high

Do you know someone can help with reasonable cost ?

Look in the directory section of this site. They have listed a few tax advisor's. Not sure about cheap, though. Cheap necessarily is not good. There is a saying in some culture: If you offer peanuts, then you are most likely to draw in only monkeys. But monekys can be聽 cute too.

You seem a bit clueless on some aspects of this business set-up, perhaps you need to do the ground-work more diligently.
