I'm coming to Moscow and would just like to know if I can survive on 3000-3300 usd after tax? I know Moscow's very expensive, but surely that will be enough?

It is good salary. However it depends on your needs. If you need fancy facilities I think it's not enough. The rent is very expensive here. For example average one bedroom apartmaent near subway costs about $1ooo per month + housing services. Subway and bus are not expensive, but it is so crowded. Food has reasonable price. Clothes are quite expensive, the same brands are much more expensive here than in Europe or US. Russians go to Italy for shopping)))

Thanks so much for that, it's good news. I will be living a very frugal life in Moscow, and the best place to buy good, cheap clothes is the UK, they are much cheaper than in Italy, and they are all made in China anyway! I couldn't care less about the brand :-)
