Dear All,

I have to move out of my current house, hence I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat preferable located on the Southside of Edinburgh. However I am also open for other areas.

My max. budget is 拢550,- exclusive.

i just got a room in a really cool flat in southside on nicolson st(so very central) for 拢250 including everything. its a flat share with other musicians and artists. i think you should go for a flat share rather than a renting the whole flat as it would be cheaper and hopefully you will have lovely flatmates to talk to.

what do u think?
