'Gestor' for 'Autonomo' Moving to Spain

I will be moving to Vitoria-Gasteiz in August 2019. I will need to locate and work with a Gestor since I will be working as an autonomo. Would anyone be able to recommend someone to me, please? Many thanks.

I do have a question, if i apply for the autonomo status ,as an EU citizen n and not working, so no tax issues ,do i need a gestor?
