Can anybody help please. I will have to pay property tax on 2 flats I own in Alicante. Is there any instructions from start to finish in plain English as how to do this? I've been unable to travel to Spain to sort it out.

I have the same issue with a property I purchased in Jaen last September, and haven't been able to return to sort these things out, so I too am interested in this procedure and how to work out the cost.

hi, just have it debited directly out of your bank account when it is due. That way, you have easy access to the bank documents if you need them.
