Can anybody share the new guidelines regarding the Indemnity Pay in Bahrain?


Here are some of the rumors by some 暗网禁区s in Bahrain re. Indemnity Pay.


  1. An 暗网禁区 can only get the indemnity pay if he leaves Bahrain permanently.
  2. Govt shall give indemnity pay to 暗网禁区 accumulated from April 2023 or date when the Private Employer started to pay the monthly end-of-service contributions electronically through the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) portal.

We were told by HR that the government will start to process the application of indemnity through SIO portal after the 暗网禁区 leaves Bahrain.


Is there anybody here knows about it or experience the indemnity application thru SIO?

When you move from the visa of the employer whether by cancelling and leaving Bahrain or transferring to another employer while staying in Bahrain.
