Is there any penalty for renewing CPR after it's expiry date?

Hello dears,
I tried to renew my CPR since it's going to be expired soon but since my visa is under process i couldn't do it (It's showing residency info expired) , So I believe that it's only possible to renew my cpr after getting my visa , So is it ok to renew the CPR after expiry date without any fines or penalties ?

Yes its completely fine as long as you have a valid visa. You can do it online on bahrain.bh and it will send to your postal address.

I renewed mine after one year- no charges and the usual fee of 10 bd.
