I've just applied online for my wife's CPR renewal and was asked to attach a "declaration of accommodation" which outlined that my wife is living with me. I was then sent a text message mentioning that the "declaration of accommodation is old". I assumed that what they needed was the address certificate so I attached that instead (under my name). I then received a message saying that "residential certificate issued by the municipality is old".

I'm aware that these address certificates expire every month so I have no problem applying for another one. What I'd like to know is whether I should apply for one in my name or my wife's name (as it's her CPR I'm renewing). Also, I'm not able to attach more than 3 documents which are:
1. Landlord CPR Front Side
2. Landlord CPR Back Side
3. Declaration of Accomodation.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

The rent agreement is in your name, so you will need to apply it in your name.

My wife and kid cpr card expired. I tried to book appointment through online and it suggested me to apply through "ID Card Issuance Services" in "https://services.bahrain.bh/". If i apply in this site, how can we get the new CPR card? By post? or we have to visit isha town office to collect the new CPR ?

It will be sent via post and you can collect it at the nearest post office according to your location.

Select Sitra Branch - Enrollment 鈥淏iometric Data Collection鈥� or Riffa Branch - Enrollment 鈥淏iometric Data Collection鈥�

Type persons CPR, Email and Phone.

Go to the LMRA Branch at the appointment date and time with the Person and the passport.
