Hello everybody! I´m from Denmark and have been invited to a wedding in Sulaymaniyah by my dad and his wife. You see, there has been this huge problem. It all started when my mom forbade me to go, because of IS and all that! She told me last week that it now was my own decision, so i´m kind of in this dilemma whether to leave or stay. My mom says it is dangerous, but my dad and his wife (who is from Iran and have some family in Iraq) say that it is safe. I really don´t know what to do! I mean, I wanted to go and i kind of still do, but on the other side am I´m still not sure.
So I guess my real question is: Is it ok and safe in Sulaymaniyah? we are only staying one week.
