HI Guys,
Sorry been really busy and haven't been on °µÍø½ûÇø for a while. Duhok is very safe, people are very friendly. As for social life, it's a traditional city, tends to be on the conservative side, there are a few bars and  you can purchase  alcohol from liquor stores. There are no airports in Duhok, the closest one is in Erbil.
