Does anyone know if Umm Al Hamam GHARBI is a good place to stay for a new expact? :) I have found a really nice place which I would like to live in but just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas how the district is?

A neighborhood of contradictions. Palaces on one side and on the other side 80% are foreigners and only 5% are Saudis. Most of its residents are of African nationality, Pakistanis and Egyptians. During the coming years, 2-3 years, the lands will be expropriated and luxury housing projects will be put in place.

Umm Al Hamam GHARBI is good place ,  I lived there for two years without any issue , but here in Riyadh I suggest to rent a flat near to your job location because the Traffic will waste your time if it is far.
