Qiwa 90 day rule issue

Hi,


I won a case with my company for illegal termination and the judge put it in my favour.


I have asked my current sponsor to transfer me to a new sponsor who has put a request through qiwa.


I have been in Saudi for 5 years and the current company did not put me on a qiwa contract I had a Gosi contract only.


the company has given me a formal termination document which states my employment terminated on 17/08/23 and my contract end date is 20/10/23.


I want to know if there is any way around that qiwa can change the 90 day rule as the employer has terminated me and for them to accept the new sponsorship. The sponsor has put a request through qiwa but it still requires the current employer to accept the request which they are not doing.


what is pending with the current employer is they need to give me the judge ruling of my money which is owed.


I have been to the labour office and they said this is to do with my current employer.


how can this be when I won a case and it’s still the 90 day rule ? Is there anyway around this?
