Work Visa expired without Iqama

Hi Everyone,

I am working with a company since July 2023 my work visa has expired in October 2023 and I don't have iqama yet.

The reason i don't have iqama is my profession on visa is mechanical engineer and in Saudi Council of Engineers my membership is rejected because 5 years is still not completed of degree.

What should i do?? Can I exit the country without getting ban and again come on Technician or a labour visa?? Can I exemption in Saudi Council of Engineers?? Please help and suggest....

Dear is very is to get iqama if Saudi council not accept kindly request to your company make a letter mention the subject professional change to Minister of labour border number and all your visa details with attested chamber of commerce. After the company Saudi goto to minister of labour and submit under 3 day all is done after company can issue iqama.
