What are the government office Ramadan holidays in July 2016?

I (wife) want to fly to KSA on July 1st and wish to start my Iqama process for me and the kids on July 4th to 6th. I will need to do the medicals and the whole nine yards and hope to get it by July 19th, is it possible?
Will the offices be opened on those days? I know the official Ramadan starts on the 7th -10th and 13th, please correct me if I'm wrong.
According to Saudi Arabia calendar online, it says Public sector holiday is from July 7th-13th, is that correct?
Will the Clinics and Iqama processing offices be opened between July 4th-6th?
I really need to know so that i can plan my travel arrangements to KSA.

Hi,

Most probably the Public sector holiday is from July 1st (25 RAMADAN) -17th ( 11 Shawwal ). I am not sure that you can process your Iqama during holiday because the offices will be closed on those days.

Really! So you're saying that the government/ public sector will not resume work until July 17th?
So if i start the Iqama process on the 17th will it be ready by the 26th? Please i need answers.

Just to be clear, does that mean i can start my medicals and all other process required for the Iqama on the 11th? Will the Iqama be ready by the 19th?

I don't quite well understand the process involved in getting Iqama and how long it could take as my employer followed it up for me, hopefully someone else will answer that
