Need Information about Huroob

I have one question.

I have already file a case against my sponsor in the ministry of labor on call. I got a message from ministry of labor having my case number in it. My sponsor is saying that i do not have to come to company anymore. In this case, can my sponsor give me Huroob ?

If you already filed your case with the labor office before your sponser file huroob action, then huroob cannot be filed.

Hi Yossef,
I want to understand your point here.
What I know is that changing status to huroob is only a matter of few clicks in Muqeem. His case is not decided yet by MoL, in initial stages. How could his sponsor not file huroob?
