Need Help for Cancellation of traffic Violation

Hello Everyone,

Kindly if anyone can help me then plz help its very urgent... I got two traffic violation for crossing the traffic signal, I have to do that because of emergency as my mom was not well... In result later after 2 days we got fined 3000sar each...

We already applied to cancel in the traffic police station, they have asked for medical report direct from the Hospital. Now everything has done they got medical report and they even agreed to cancel the amount but for that they have sensed to Riyadh head office it's already a week now but they didn't cancel yet.., I really need a help to get cancel asap as I need to go India urgently for my mothers treatment.聽 Plz if anyone can help me out from this situation
