Hi. Can anyone please help or enlighten me with my question who experience also same scenario.
My newborn baby delivered last June 2020 and we are planning to send him back to our home country this coming October. SInce only 4months of my baby stay here, is it neccesarily to apply for his iqama before applying for exit visa? He is under my name since I am a private employee. My wife on the other hand is a nurse in government hospital. We have all documents from birth certificate to passport. Please share your thoughts with this. Thank you

Hello,

If both parents are on a iqama in Saudi then you must issue Iqama and pay dependent levy.

You must apply through Absher and attach your marriage certificate, baby birth certificate, baby photo, and Iqama copies for both parents.

One more brother. My name is included in the name of my son in his Birth Cerificate while in his Paasport it is only his name. can this affect my processing for his Iqama. Example, in his Birth certificate,his first name plus my聽 first name middle name and my last name while in his passport,it is only his first name and my last name
