VISA document disappear from MOI website

Approved VISA document suddenly disappear from MOI within 25 days. My sons name is only visible and other name automatically deleted from the system. The interval between two application was 4 days. Why it happens, any support please.

i mean i applied 2 visa separately for my son and wife. After approval of both VISA, it seems my wife information is now not showing in system.
