Credit card fraud

I have used the Steak house in Jubail for a year or so..
And I have been charged twice for the same meal on my card.
the manager on confrontation has oh no not again.??
but will not refund or credit the mistake. its only 270sar.
this is an out and out fraud BEWARE to all use cash.only

Make a claim with the credit card company.

call your bank and explain them the mistake. they will the payment. dont worry.

yes.... its in the terms and conditions of using a credit card....

it is actually a form of protection as well, as there is a certain period of time from the issuance of the monthly statement, wherein you CAN contest the charges made to your account.聽

I am wondering why you did not receive the notification via SMS right after they charged you twice.

Don't let it go easy.

1- Raise a complaint to your bank who issued you the credit card.

If nothing is done by them or the case is not resolved:
2- Go to *SAMA (online via **SIMAH website) and report against STEAK HOUSE and your bank. Trust me SAMA will bust both of them.

*SAMA= Saudi Monitory Agency
*SIMAH = Saudi Credit Bureau
