Sick dog

I am currently in 陌stanbul and I am leaving shortly, in my neighborhood (bah莽eshier) there is a stray Dog with an ear tag who is limping, he seems ill and might have a broken front leg.
Is there anyone I can contact who can come check the dog out or take care of him if he needs help? My problem is I do not speak turkish so I would appreciate if I can contact someone who talks English or Arabic.
