Visa for girls under 30 years old...is this a problem?

Hi! I am brazilian and I wanna know if there is a problem about going alone to Dubai and get a touristic visa if I am under 30 years old. At least I herad about this.
I wanna try to do the visa online with Emirates. How does it work?

you can get your Visa so easy!
Nationals of countries requiring a prearranged UAE visa can apply and pay for their visas online through emirates.com.
or If you have a family member or near relative who is a UAE resident, they can apply for your visa .

I hear now visas closed for ladies under the age of 30

Also does anyone know that does only apply for tourist visa

I am planning to setup up my own company in Dubai but find it hard even travelling into Dubai I am Moroccan national married to a British national we both want to move out but finding it hard for me to get a visa just to get into Dubai,
