RESIDENCE visa for wife in Dubai

hi! I just got married and my husband wants to apply for my residence visa (he already has his residence visa as well)
he just stamped our marriage contract today at MOFA and applied for Ejari.
His salary is more than 10K as required.

What else do we need? What are the next steps? We need to apply as soon as possible as I am here with touristic visa!

Another question is: My husband still didn't receive his first DEWA bill as he just asked for this... we will need to wait 1 month till he receive DEWA bill?
The other thing is: Hi salary still didn't enter in the bank account... and I was reading that they ask for his bank letter confirming salary transfer.
