visa cancellation and end of service gratuity / dues

dear all,

so i was working for a an LLC on an unlimited labor office contract and a 2 year valid white paper company contract. started in may 2013. in may 2015 i asked for the company to re-negotiate my terms but since the labor office contract was "unlimited" they renewed it on the same terms as the original white paper company contract which had expired.

now ive given in my resignation and they have gone ahead and canceled my visa....all done and dusted now they are demanding that i pay whatever is left after adjusting from my end of service benefits after doing some BS charges and "policies" which werent even in my white paper contract (which was expired let me add).

my question is that what can they do now that i have no ties with them, my visa was canceled and im now on a new visa....can they do any legal action against me?

dont they declare that i dont owe them anything by canceling my visa???
