Employment visa for Indian Citizens (Rules changes)

Dear All,

I got a job offer from a company in Ajman, they are applying for my work permit.

I have heard from some of my friends that UAE employment visa will be approved online & the visa slip need need to be carried with us while entering UAE & after entering UAE do the medical, emirates Id & employment contract.

But my employer infromed me that the procedure has changed now for indian citizens, now after applying visa online, employer will get employer gets the reference number from the UAE immigration authorities for pre-approval of work permit. We have to take the that reference number to UAE embassy for stamping visa.

I dont know how much it is true, can someone put light on the same...

I am in Riyadh now, hence not getting any clear idea about the process..

yes my friend... I had to travel all the back to India to do the visa stamping...
