moving to Colombia

Greetings Silvia;
I don't know where you are living at in Colombia, but I am looking for a city that has good climate conditions, is a place where I could find a Studio or One Bedroom Apartment for around $300.00 a month, and has a good food supply, meaning a Super Mercado or two?

I have been living in Cali and love it. Everyone is friendly and there are plenty of mercados and affordable rent. It is hot though. If you dont like heat, Bogota has a good climate but being the capital prices are higher ofcourse.
