I should submit the ticket to Portugal with application for D7 . But how I would know when they approve visa? when i will be scheduled meeting with SEF?Thanks

Not sure if I understand your question. You will get an email stating you are approved for the visa and the email will ask you to mail in your passport via FedEx or USPS. FedEx is faster. Read More
