if your neighbours uses their flat as a party base and bring prositutes and drugs, play loud music until the early hours, what are my rights to stop this ?? can i get the police involved ?? I've tried to reason with him, but to no avail, I've spoken to the complex manager and they send security, but as soon as they have spoken with him and they leave, he turns the music up and carries on, its making me want to sell up and leave. what are my rights ??

you must inform the police and move a case against him

i am not a lawyer , but as far as i know , you can claim him in police in such situation. and if there is an evidence that he run his appartment for prostitution , then he will be in a another legal problem
