If you are in Egypt you need to go to the foreigner ministry, and what you need is:
1.聽 Your passport (Visa not expired), and preferable if you have a translator with you who is in control over the language in order to translate for you the correct document prior to your signature...

Also, you need to prove your location in Egypt (where you staying, for example if you staying in his place, his ID indicate his place) ....

My advice be sure you have a translator with you, or hire a lawyer preferable Female in order to be sure you not stuck with nothing, for example such if God forbidden divorced you in order to get somthing, and so for...
