Transfer of utilities

Hi we have bought a house in Sinapovo and need to transfer the utilities in to our name. can this be聽 done without residency card ? We have all the documents

All you need are the title deeds and your ID (passport if that's what was used for the Act).聽 Did you buy in your own names or via a company?聽 If the latter, you'll need the company papers since the utilities will probably be in its name.

Thanks , yes we used a company name.

so no need for residency permit ?

we cant seem find any information its so frustrating .

The company is a Bulgarian legal entity and ipso facto needs no residence permit.
