Hi all

I need to exchange my UK license for a Bulgarian one.聽 I have not registered with a Dr so how do I go about getting a Fit To Drive Certificate?

hi, i was in same boat as you went to our local gps office and said want i wanted, he produced a form re the health questions for the licence, he ticked various things, signed it stamped it and paid 20 lev and that was it job done, took that to kat office and all happy. the gp did however say i needed to register too which i now have done so hes happy not problems.
