I'm thinking of building my own house in Bulgaria. Does anyone have any thoughts on likely combined building and labour costs (per square metre) excluding land? I just need a rough minimum (I'm sure the sky is the limit).

I鈥檓 in about to begin with a similar project for a small cozy cottage, I believe will be successful馃檹
I鈥檝e checked with numerous companies on the cost though all in the approximates ranges are between 鈧� 150-450 per sq.m. Trusting the contractor is a major point馃槉
