Hello y'll

I'm a British citizen

i lived and work in London

May 2024 I did a register married in Cyprus聽 with my husband聽 who lived in Cyprus聽 as an asylum聽 seeker

Have been to Cyprus聽 8 times

And I'm聽 trying聽 to聽 get a visitor visa(temporary residence permit) in Cyprus

If I got the the pinkslip in Cyprus聽

Can I be able to give my husband聽 a residence permit overthere?

If yes,

Can he be able to switch it to work permit?

When did you marry did you marry as Siera Leonan when exactly did u marry .what nationality is your husband...

TCN Include British citizens now are generally not allowed to work here under pink slip. To work you must then be able to find an employer to sponsor you and pay for the work permit. Some employers do employ TCNs but they need to apply for a licence to do so which incurs costs... Good luck

Can you both satisfy the financial and healthcare requirements for pink slip.

IE 2400 euros per month as a couple.. then comprehensive healthcare cover including repatriation cover on top...and a substantial.deposit from a non-Cyprus bank to a Cyprus bank

As a recently married couple you might have problems, as you might find it difficult to prove a durable relationship ... So as another poster has advised I think you will need a good immigration lawyer..
