Hi there,

Ive been living here in the UK for several years now and have been discussing the incredible prices for renting houses here with my family back home. My father is about to retire and he was wondering if it would pay him to buy a house here to rent but he was wondering what the tax implications are for him?聽 Is there anyone on here who can point us in the right direction; perhaps to a website or organisation?
Obviously we are in the very early stages of gathering info so not looking for a complete guide, rather just wondering if anyone else has an experience they can share with us.
