If the old passport has not expired /cancelled and has some validity, do the mobility transfer to that passport.  When you get the new passport, you can move the visa to the new passport.

Otherwise, wait for renewal.

Thanks for your reply. But, to perform the mobility on old passport, it requires minimum 6-month validity. In my case, I have 2 months validity only and I applied for new passport already. The new passport process more than 30 days. There is a chance that i may need to perform mobility before 30 days.

Do we have an option to perform mobility for dependent within 30 days after the last working day of primary visa holder ?

You don't have a passport to do it. Wait for the passport.  And if need be, apply for a new visa.
